 COISAS PEQUENAS

  Não subestimes o valor das pequenas coisas.
Coloca-te no lugar de quem caminha a sós pelo deserto, e reconhecerás a importância de simples gota d´água.
Imagina-te na posição daquele que é castigado pela fome, e constatarás a importância de singela migalha de pão.
Põe-te na situação de quem sofre com fortes dores, e aprenderás a importância de simples analgésico.
Assim, também, no campo moral.
Uma gota de paciência; 
Uma migalha de solidariedade; 
Um ato de compreensão e simpatia, muitas vezes representarão a diferença entre a luz e a sombra.
Jesus, quando esteve no mundo, operou fenômenos admiráveis e proferiu discursos inesquecíveis.
Entretanto, recorreu ao exemplo de simples grão de mostarda para ensinar que nenhuma virtude, por menor que pareça, deve ser desprezada.

Put yourself in the situation of those who suffer with severe pain,and learn the importance of simple analgesic. So, too, in the moral field. A drop of patience; A crumb of solidarity; An act of understanding and sympathy often represent the difference between light and shade. Jesus, when He was in the world, operated admirable phenomenaand delivered memorable speeches. However, appealed to the example of simple mustard seed to teach that no virtue, however small it may seem, should be neglected.
